Students will work towards a Motoman FS100 /  DX100 Basic Programming w/Material Handling (IACET Approved) and Fanuc 
Handling Tool Operation and Programming Industry credential.   This will show you know how to operate the basics of an Industrial robot that manufacturers are using.  This course also works towards manufacturing or engineering CTE pathways. Students will apply the knowledge and skills necessary to program and operate Robots, using the teach pendant as the main interface point. The Students will learn robotic operations and system configurations. Students will code, compile, and debug programs using the robotic programming language. Students may participate in “SkillsUSA”, which is a career-technical student organization aimed to develop leadership, academic and technology skills in the workplace (some fees apply). Students in this 
course may earn college credit.
