Alumni Transcript Request

Bellefontaine High School Alumni can order transcripts online through Parchment.  Just click the button above to get started in 3 easy steps!
(Note current students should request transcripts for college applications through Naviance) 

1.  Create an account (click button above or go to https://www.parchment.com/log-in/)

2.  Add BHS to your Parchment account (as your high school)

3.  Place an order for your transcript to any destination worldwide

NOTE: Alumni orders require a fee, current students should not be charged.  If you are a current student being charged a fee contact your High School Counselor.  Alumni can contact the high school office with any questions 937-593-0545.

Useful notes:

• Destinations such as colleges, NCAA, the Common Application, and yourself can be selected
• You can check your account anytime to review destinations
• Fees require a debit/credit card
• Each request has a tracking ID so you know the request was received
