This is the image for the news article titled 12th grade - Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccineThis letter is to inform you that all students entering the 12th grade will need two doses of Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine prior to entry. If the first dose of MCV4 is administered on or after the 16th birthday, a second dose is not required. These immunizations are required for school attendance by law under the Ohio Revised Code section 3313.67 and 3313.671. Your family physician, local pharmacy, or the Logan County Health District can complete these immunizations. The Logan County Health District also holds immunization clinics every Thursday from 9:00am – 11:00 am and the first Thursday of each month from 2:00pm -6:00pm (there will be special immunization clinics every Thursday evening in August 2:00pm – 6:00pm), you may call (937) 651-6186 for an appointment. Please make sure that these are completed PRIOR to the First day of School, August 15, 2017 and a copy is on file with Bellefontaine High School.
