Scheduling for the 2021-2022 Academic Year
In November the BHS Counselors started scheduling with students. Below is the timeline for scheduling for the 2021-2022 academic year.

Current Juniors:
Course Selection - 12th Grade
March 1-5 Based on first period class, students schedule in the DLC from 7:45 to 8:15, then return to the DLC over their lunch.
Students will work over their lunch period in DLC to submit draft scheduling
worksheet.
Over March
Counselors will meet individually with students (typically during English class)
through March 20th to finalize scheduling requests.
Current Sophomores:
Course Selection - 11th Grade
OHP Program Information
Nov 30- Dec 4:
Based on first period class, students schedule in the DLC from 7:45 to 8:15, then return to the DLC over their lunch.
Students will work over their lunch period in DLC to submit draft scheduling
worksheet.
Over December
Counselors will meet individually with students (typically during English
class) through March 20th to finalize scheduling requests.
Current Freshmen:
Course Selection - 10th
January 19-22 Based on first period class, students schedule in the DLC from 7:45 to 8:15, then return to the DLC over their lunch.
Students will work over their lunch period in DLC to submit draft scheduling
worksheet.
Over January & February
Counselors will meet individually with students (typically during English
class) through March 20th to finalize scheduling requests.
Current 8th Graders:
Course Selection - 9th
February 17 Counselors will be at the middle school and present scheduling information to 8th graders during their classtime
February 18
PARENT MEETING via Zoom at 1pm and 6pm for 8th grade students to schedule for high school.
February 24 scheduling sheets due to BMS Teacher/Counselor.
February 25 and 26 Counselors will meet with 8th grade students to review course requests at BMS.
AFTER SCHEDULING
Information about schedule pick up will be mailed to families toward the end of the summer. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your student’s Guidance Counselor.
