Ed Dickson

A 1970 graduate, Dickson earned four varsity letters in tennis while at BHS.  As a senior he had a 15-3 record, which ranks among the top marks in school history.  He was an All MVL selection and Division I district semi-finalist.
Dickson also earned two varsity letter in basketball for the Chieftains.
After graduating from BHS, Dickson received four varsity letters on the tennis team at the University of Toledo.  He was a member of three MAC championship teams for the Rockets.
Dickson's love of tennis led him to become an accomplished coach at the Division I college level.  He served as head coach at Purdue University for 12 years, head coach at West Virginia University for eight years and is currently in his third year at Austin Peay University.  He as won over 200 matches during his coaching career.
